• Joshi Tours & Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers and providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.
• While we make every effort to ensure the quality and safety of the services provided, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience resulting from acts of negligence, omissions, or errors of third-party suppliers and providers.
